The basic parameters of VPS (RAM, disk space, Internet connection) can only be increased through an email request to technical support.
You can also increase changes to your tariff plan through a request by email to technical support.
To make a request by email, go to your personal account -> Technical support (create a request)
There is no need to duplicate your request via online chat; this will increase the processing time of your request.
