In order to issue a refund, you must send a request to technical support with a refund request. When submitting your request, we ask you to provide the following information: service number, reason for the return and, if the payment was made through cryptocurrency, your wallet to which the return will be made.

Step 1. Create a request in your personal cabinet, section "Support"

Step 2. In the application, specify the number of the service for which you want to refund the money and the reason for the refund.

Refunds after filing an application may take up to 14 days plus a period that depends on the payment system.

The refund amount will not include bonuses from our company.

Refunds for domain registration and network rental services are not possible!
