Soft reboot
Open the "Manage" section of your VPS.
On the right side of the page, click the button:
"Reboot the server"
Hard reboot
Open the Proxmox control panel.
On the left side of the page, click on your VPS number.
On the right side of the page, in the drop down menu, click on the right side of the Shutdown button and click Reset.
